Minor tweaks and fixes

• Fixed a bug causing damage holograms to get stuck floating and not despawn
• Added warning message at top of the screen when in a resource world
• Added new sleep mechanic to let players skip the night when 50% of the active players sleep
• Fixed deepslate ore not counting in cluescroll mining tasks
• Removed Elytra from server item shop
• Added new items to the vote crate
